What is the BlackMountain Platform?

The BlackMountain Platform orchestrates data, artificial intelligence, and human intelligence into one sovereign European architecture. Two environments work together: The foundation holds your company intelligence. The interface is where intelligence becomes interaction—and interaction becomes decision support.

What can I do with the platform?


Steer all your AI operations in one governed environment: receive personalized daily intelligence briefings (Radar), create company knowledge bases for departments, clients, projects, or topics (Knowledge Hub), connect your existing tools and data sources via Integrations, access leading AI models in one interface (Chat), build AI Assistants for recurring tasks, deploy Agents for complex workflows, and monitor usage, spending, and compliance (Control).

What features are available right now?

Chat, Assistant Studio, Control Tower, and some Integrations are already available. Radar, Knowledge Hub and Agent Studio are coming soon.

How do I get started?

Start a free trial or talk to our sales team. We offer guided onboarding with kickoff workshops, use-case development, and dedicated support—for small teams and large organizations alike. You can start small and scale later: Start with a few team members to explore the platform. Scale adoption gradually—the platform grows with your organization.

Is my data secure?


Your data is encrypted and hosted on European servers. We operate on a zero-knowledge architecture—we have no access to your data. SSO is available out of the box.

Can BlackMountain help us develop use cases?

Yes. We work with you to identify high-impact use cases, configure custom Assistants, Agents, workflows, integrations, and radar sources. We provide ongoing support as your adoption grows.

What is the difference between Assistants and Agents?

Assistants support recurring tasks (e.g., writing professional emails) by generating messages. Agents automate complex tasks (e.g., writing and sending professional emails) that require actions across multiple tools. Agents must be monitored, but in theory they can automate tasks by reacting to signals without a time limit. Assistants are similar to Custom GPTs or Gems and are activated via chat: the system prompt is sent as a system message at the start of each conversation.

Which tools can I integrate?

Standard integrations for CRM, ERP, storage, and communication platforms are available. Custom integrations via API or MCP for proprietary systems. If an integration is missing, our team builds it for you. You can bring your existing Assistants and Agents.
